A self-evaluation can be an eye opening experience. It can give us a reality check as to how far off our life is from what we wanted or intended it to be.
Make a list of 10 strengths, and then for each evaluate whether or not you are using these strengths.
Make a list of 10 weaknesses, and then for each decide on a single step you can take to improve in these areas.
Make a list of 10 goals, and for each write down the first three most basic steps you can take towards accomplishing these goals. Then pick one and take that first step right now.
