Take this opportunity to meditate. The benefits of meditation are virtually infinite. It is a huge misconception that meditation has to be a spiritual experience or that it requires a completely empty mind.
Find 10 minutes to sit quietly, eyes closed and allow your thoughts to pass through your consciousness unrestricted. Just be present in the moment. Allow yourself to experience everything, the thoughts, the sounds, the smells. Gain awareness of your self and your surroundings. Give your body an opportunity to feel both presence and stillness. A strong mind is a strong body.
